As parents, we understand how important it is to offer the safest equipment available. We did extensive research prior to purchasing our inflatables and other party equipment. We even modified the design of some of our inflatables in an effort to create a safe experience for everyone who use our equipment.

When we deliver our inflatables, we make sure that each unit is weighted down with stakes or sandbags. We blow up each unit to inspect for rips or holes and to ensure that it is fully inflated prior to use. We will discuss all operating and safety procedures with you. Most of these procedures are found in the FAQ section of this website or in the rental agreement that you will be asked to sign.

At The Inflataparty, safety also means cleanliness. When we pick up our inflatables, we will often clean and sanitize them on site. This includes sweeping or vacuuming the unit and then sanitizing it with a disinfectant. If it is too dark or late -- or at your request -- we will take the unit to our office to clean and sanitize it.

Do You Deliver and Setup?

Yes.
We will deliver and set up our interactive equipment and concession items before your party starts. We also will return after your party to take the interactive equipment down and pick it up. This service is included in your rental cost. If, however, you purchase paper or other party products from us, we do not get involved in arranging place settings, balloons, or pinatas.

What kind of power is required?

Our inflatables and concession items plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the equipment should be no more than 50 feet from that outlet. Please be advised that inflatables take a lot of power and will often trip the circuit breaker. You should familiarize yourself with your home's circuit panel in the event of an outage. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50 feet, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

What type of surface can an inflatable be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up an inflatable?

It depends on the size of the inflatable. Please be sure to leave a five-foot space around the perimeter of the inflatable. If our website does not provide you with the dimensions of the inflatable that you want, please call us at (949) 38-party.

Are you Insured?

Yes.
We are fully insured in the event of injury due to our gross negligence or malfunction of our equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement. Our coverage is a 2 million dollar aggregate insurance policy.

Please note: All individuals and/or companies that rent our interactive equipment are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up our equipment until the liability waiver is signed by an adult.

Are inflatables safe?

Yes.
Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. All of our bounce houses are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation. As with any activity involving children, an adult should supervise. This will help to ensure that rules list below are followed and that someone is always available to assist children entering and exiting the bounce house.

How many kids fit in an inflatable?

What are the rules for using an inflatable?

Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, or drinks inside the inflatable.
No climbing on the walls or netting.
No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting.
No SILLY STRING!
Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time.
Do not move the inflatable from the place where it was installed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve an inflatable?

Yes.
We require a $50 deposit to reserve an inflatable. If you use cash or check for your deposit, we will collect the rest of the payment at the time of delivery. If you reserve an inflatable with a credit card, you can use another method of payment at the time of delivery if you wish.

When should I reserve an inflatable?

Bounce houses are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bounces book up 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If inflatables are available, we are able to take same day reservations. Please note that we are unable to accommodate same day reservation park parties.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. Inflatables are great for parks. Some parks require that you have reservations in order to have an inflatable at the park. Contact the homeowners' association, city, or county for requirements before reserving an inflatable. If electricity is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional charge. Also, if you make a request with sufficient time, we will add the associate, city, or county as an additional insured on our insurance policy.

How do I reserve my inflatable or other party equipment?

Simple! Just fill out the form on this website or call us at (949) 38-party.

What is your weather policy?

Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our inflatables. If we show up at your house and you elect to cancel the event, no payment is required. However, if you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we deliver and set up our interactive equipment.

We also carry an indoor bounce house that can be reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. The indoor bounce house is for parties with children 8 and under. The unit can be set up in a two car garage and needs a space of 15' x 10' with 9' of clearance.

What if I have to cancel?

No Problem. There is no cancellation fee if you contact us at least three days prior to the party. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your bounce house to someone else.
